Computerized Bookkeeping – Your company simply maintains checkbooks, simple vouchers, invoices, receipts, and bank statements. We take care of account classification, encoding, ledgering, preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliation, ageing of A/R and A/P, and VAT schedules. We furnish you with either draft forms or payment summaries for your compliance needs. Every month you receive a balance sheet, a profit & loss report, a cash flow statement, an A/R ageing, a detailed inventory report, and a VAT list.

Payroll Services – We take care of the payroll and you simply provide us with summarized time/pay records. From there we compute tax withholdings, SSS contributions of employee and employer, PhilHealth contributions, Pag-ibig contributions, and salary deductions and accruals.

Online Accounting – We can also put your books online so you can access your information via a browser from anywhere there is internet connection. This is ideal for multi-departmental companies in several locations. It also applies to situations where you want to handle certain aspects of your books like invoicing while you want us to handle the rest. We use third-party US-based online accounting systems which suit your needs and the cost of subscription is for your account (usually between US$20-30 a month).

Corporate Service – The services includes Company Incorporation, Nominee Services, Registered Offices, Annual SEC Compliance, Tax Filing Legal Support and Audit Coordination. This also includes registration to SSS/HDMF/Philhealth and BIR for newly registered companies.

Business Permit Renewal/Processing – We process business permits for newly registered companies and renewals for existing companies.

Admin and HR Services – We can handle HR and Administrative functions, depending on client’s needs, except for staffing and recruitment.

PEZA Registration – We can assist foreign companies setting up export enterprises in the Philippines such as outsourcing and offshoring operations who may opt to register with PEZA for tax incentives. Bluhceck wil assist in determining eligibility for PEZA registration and organize all needed documents to be processed.
